![]() | Aileen Cull FFin, AICD Director Aileen Cull was appointed to the Board in 2009. Ms Cull holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Queensland Country Credit Union and has been with the Credit Union for 15 years, holding positions such as Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Information Officer. Prior to joining Queensland Country Credit Union Aileen spent 13 years with the Bank of America in Melbourne and Sydney. She currently holds memberships with the Australian Mutuals Institute and Australian Institute of Company Directors. Aileen is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FFin) and is a CPA. |
![]() | Grant Devine MBA, B.Bus, GAICD, FAIM, FAMI Director Grant Devine is Chief Executive Officer of Queensland Police Credit Union (QPCU), a position he has held since April 2008. Grant has been employed in the credit union industry since 2001 and has over 28 years of experience in the financial services sector. Grant has previously held an executive management position at Queensland Teachers´ Credit Union (QTCU). While at QTCU he was responsible for strategic planning, achieving growth targets and the organisation´s change management process, a similar role he now fulfils at QPCU. |
![]() | David Grace OAM, FAICD, FAIM Director David Grace was appointed to the Board in 2008. He is a Partner in the Commercial division of Cooper Grace Ward Lawyers. David has extensive experience as a company director, having acted as a director of several public companies including Queensland Cotton, Golden Circle Limited, Freshmark Limited and Farnell and Thomas Limited. His experience on public company boards extends over more than 17 years and includes companies in food and fibre industries, metals and manufacturing, industrial, financial services markets and the training and employment sector. |
![]() | Peter Kempster B.Com.(Hons), MBA(Distinction), FASA, ACA, MAICD Director Peter Kempster joined the Board in August 2008. He is the CEO of Police Credit, a position he took up in 2007 following 13 years with NAB. At NAB, he served on the leadership team of the Australian Bank and held the roles of GM Payments, GM National Custodian Services, and GM Loyalty Pacific (Fly Buys). He was also a Director of National Nominees Ltd, HICAPS Ltd, Loyalty Pacific Ltd, a VISA Asia Pacific Risk Advisor and Deputy Chairman of the Australian Custodial Services Association. Prior to NAB Mr Kempster worked with consultants McKinsey and Co and Arthur Andersen and Co. |
![]() | Scott King BEc, ACA Director Scott King was appointed to the Board in 2002. Mr King has over 17 years banking experience having been the Chief Executive Officer at Qantas Staff Credit Union for 6 years and Chief Financial Officer for 4 years. Prior to joining Qantas Staff Credit Union he was the Chief Accountant at the Japanese wholesale bank IBJ Australia Bank for 7 years. He also spent 2 years at the Chase Manhattan Bank in Sydney as a Treasury & Finance Accountant. Mr King is a Chartered Accountant having spent 5 years at KPMG specialising in the Banking division. |
![]() | Dawson Petie FAICD, FASFA Director Dawson Petie was appointed to the Board in 2008. Mr Petie has over 30 years´ experience as a company director. Board positions held during this time include Queensland Investment Corporation(QIC), Queensland Rail (QR), Sunsuper and UnitingCare. For the past 25 years, he has also held senior executive positions in both commercial and not-for-profit organisations. Prior to his retirement from full-time employment, Dawson was a General Manager for one of the major institutional investors in Australia, QIC. |
