With his extensive experience in commercial and wholesale banking, cards, marketing and risk management combined with his logical approach to business, Manuel Garcia is one of Australia´s up and coming business leaders.
Manuel Garcia was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Indue Limited in 2003. Prior to this appointment Manuel spent more than 20 years with the National Australia Bank in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and London. Manuel holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Banking and Finance and is a fellow of FINSIA and Member of Australian Institute of Company Directors. |

 | Derek Weatherley
Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer
Derek has over 15 years experience in Banking and Finance. As Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, Derek is responsible for all finance, accounting and operational functions in the company. He has broad experience in financial management and managing the operations of expanding companies. He alongside the CEO led the acquisition of leading retail banking software solutions, Lynx Financial Systems in 2008. Prior to joining Indue, Derek was a Regulatory Analyst with National Credit Union Association. In this role he gained an in-depth understanding of the regulatory and compliance issues surrounding the operation of Australian approved deposit-taking Institutions (ADIs). |

 | Peter Anderson
General Manager Risk Management
Peter joined Indue in 2002. Prior to this appointment he was a Senior Associate in the Banking and Finance division of national law firm Corrs Chambers Westgarth. Peter has over 20 years experience in the Banking and Finance industry. Peter is the General Manager Risk Management and oversees all the Legal, Compliance, Audit, Risk and Fraud Services areas of Indue. Peter holds Bachelor degrees in Commerce and Law from the University of Queensland. |

 | Matthew Hynes
Chief Information Officer
Prior to joining Indue in 2006, Matthew was head of the UNIX Systems & Database Administration team at GBST Holdings, where he managed the core transactional systems for many of Australia´s largest stockbroking firms and banks. He has extensive knowledge of both UNIX operating systems and large scale OLTP database systems. Matthew has over ten years experience in the IT industry after moving from a successful civil engineering background. He has worked on the design and deployment of many mission critical applications within the financial services sector. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Information Technology (Database Systems, with distinction) and an Associate Diploma of Engineering (Civil). He is also a certified Sun Solaris System Administrator and a RedHat Certified Engineer (RHCE). |
