Mr De Fazio has 20+ years’ experience in the finance sector and is currently the CEO of BankVic.

Mr De Fazio has been a Director at Indue since July 2019 and is a member of the Audit Committee.

Mr Currie has 30+ years’ experience in the finance sector and is currently the CEO of QBank.

Ms Rix has 35+ years’ experience in the finance and taxation sectors and currently is a Partner at BDO.

Mr Gullone has 40+ years’ experience in the finance sector and is currently the Chairman, Non-Executive Director and Principal Consultant of strategic management consultancy and business advisory firm, Gullone Group.

Mr Gullone has been a Director at Indue since April 2013 and Chairman since August 2020. He also chairs the Governance, Remuneration & Nomination Committee.

Geraldine Rigo

Geraldine joined Indue in 2017 and is currently Indue’s Head of Risk Management and Company Secretary. She is responsible for risk management, compliance and governance.

Geraldine has over 25 years experience in banking which includes 15 years in compliance and risk.

In addition to Company Secretary, Geraldine is also Committee Secretary for the Board Risk and Information Steering Committees, and a member of the Executive Risk Committee
