Cuscal has today announced a strategic agreement to acquire Paymark Limited, a core part of New Zealand’s payments infrastructure, subject to regulatory approvals. The acquisition strengthens Cuscal’s presence in New Zealand and supports its ability to serve customers operating across Australia and New Zealand.
